What is it?

We are not here for networking but for the growth of those in business. It's about coming together, sharing ideas, and learning from each other. For small business owners, this journey can be a game changer.Size for us does matter. We do not want our groups to be too big, as the aim is to build a strong bond and trust with those in the room, as well as have more time to be heard yourselfOur ultimate goal is to set the right environment for people to grow.So what is the outcome of these meetings each week and why are people turning up?

It's the journey not the destination

At the heart of our initiative is a space specifically curated for small business owners and leaders. It began as a humble gathering, a place and time each week where we as members could come together to reflect and share ideas. It's not just about exchanging business cards or making sales pitches - it's about genuine connections and mutual learning from those local to you.So what happens each week?

  • Discuss topics that we all face day to day.

  • Two members will have 10 minute presentation slot a week with question and answers after.

  • Enjoy a nice breakfast together

  • Build stronger relationships with fellow business owners.

  • Friday session's we have a "work-out" session where we bring laptops and work together like an old fashioned office day. Sharing ideas and thoughts as we work.

Our focus is on the business journey, not the end goal. We believe that the process is just as important, if not more so, than the destination. In this fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the race and lose sight of why we started in the first place. At our meetings, we encourage members to share their stories, their challenges, and their wins - because every step of the journey is worth celebrating.

is it Networking?

If you're seeking a traditional B2B networking group, where the primary aim is to generate new business or referrals, this might not be the right fit for you. It's not that we discourage business transactions - in fact, we have seen business transferred between members. However, these transactions have come about as a result of genuine relationships formed over time, not from aggressive sales tactics. We believe in the power of authentic connections, and this is what sets our teams apart.

what does it cost me?

£10 per month, you will then only pay for the food and drinks you consume at any café you visit. Any money left in the kitty at end of year will go to a team Christmas social.
